This luxury complex in the prestigious Claremont area comprised 62 apartments, 20 commercial and retail units, a boardroom, swimming pool, gymnasium and 176 underground car parking bays in a single basement.
In addition to being bound by major arterial roads in a busy commercial/residential district, the location presented a number of significant challenges from environmental and other controls stipulated by the local Council.
