St Quentin's Apartments Claremont

This luxury complex in the prestigious Claremont area comprised 62 luxury apartments, 20 commercial and retail units, a boardroom, swimming pool, gymnasium and 176 underground car parking bays.

Our systems were able to deliver time savings to the Developer of 3 months for the construction of this project.

In addition to being bound by major arterial roads in a busy commercial/residential district, the location presented a number of significant challenges from environmental and other controls stipulated by the local Council.

Extensive requirements for dust control

Truck access and obstruction permits restricted to outside business hours

High noise restriction beyond business hours
